The authors show that modern educational practices with religious views, will present two phenomena that are different by objectives and content. The first phenomenon is connected with the study of religion as a part of the culture. It creates an opportunity to obtain information about the nature of religion as a spiritual teaching, about religion translates moral values. Result is the knowledge and the man who knows. Another phenomenon is mastering of the cult, ritual activities. Result is churching and a religious man. First of all, the authors pay attention to the need for understanding of religion as the most important of cultural phenomenon, an integral part of the national culture. Replenishment of the historical and cultural traditions of religion is based on a deep understanding of its relationship with the folk roots. Analysis of educational practices leads to the conclusion that the expansion of the range of practices of religious education within the legal field prevents the spread of the ideas of violence and extremism.

Today the development strategy of adult education - to create optimal conditions for the development of human personality, the manifestations of his personality. The article describes the concept modeling approach, the principle paradigm, analyzes methodological approaches to modeling and implementing educational practices for adults: andragogical approaches and event. Modeling educational practice is seen as a way to process the result of the function, the attitude. The structure of educational practice for adults includes personal and common goals and objectives of the group of students, subject-subject relationship to the group, laws and principles, functions and contradictions, forms and methods, results. Paradigm, which can be the basis of modeling educational practices for adults, is to provide links between education, work and co-beingness practices for each subject. Orientation of process modeling educational practices for adults to create space creative personal development should recognize the most signifi cant specific features in development of institutions of further education. In this case study of the effectiveness of educational practice is a necessary form of group and individual refl ection.

Еducational standards require that the system of higher education to create conditions for the formation of universities creative, independent, mobile person, able to confi dently navigate the rapidly changing and competitive situation on the labor market. One of eff ective mechanisms for the development of the student's personality and self-realization is the creation of educational space of the university. The subjects are the youth space network structure, translating priorities informal education in the University, creating conditions for the realization of the rights, interests, creative potential of students, development of socially and culturally significant initiatives youth communities, student government. The method of network design student communities — as a pedagogical idea, technology and practice — one of the best possible mechanisms of formation and development of educational space. In the evolution of interaction between youth and mixed communities of students and teachers and the network design important role co-director — coordinator — curator of the project, rendering the project team to support teaching. The article describes the mechanisms of formation of the group of subjects with network management curators and stages of space group entities. The results of trial allow concluding that networking structures and communities at the university and the development of network design are necessary conditions the development of educational space of the university.
