The article reveals the importance of the Museum as complete set of the art objects and pedagogical actions organized in dynamically developing educational environment. The most important property of the Museum is ensuring immersion of the person in specially organized subject and spatial, culture-generating environment which can include the whole Museum itself in its’ integrity and the separate museum pieces capable to infl uence the emotional state of the Museum’s visitors causing the feeling of participation. Dialogue within museum pedagogics is considered in the article as a special form of spiritual communication between subjects of educational process. The museum is a space that reveals the processes of joint perception and knowledge of works of art and the world phenomena related to them. While learning in dialogue this or that culture phenomenon from the different points of view, the pupils gain means for an exit out of the ordinary framework. Thus they accumulate a certain reflexive experience of coordination of values that sets the orientation of the spiritual development and incubation (conscious acceptance) of personally significant valuable and semantic criteria of life.
